As Urban living Interiors and Wood World Interiors does not accept returns on any item, our refund policy is as follows:

All sales made are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any of our products. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases and ask any questions they may have prior to making a purchase.

In the rare case of a defective or damaged item being delivered to a customer, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. This may include providing a repair service on site , at our discretion. Any claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

We take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind their craftsmanship. If there are any concerns or issues with an item after delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Area:
We provide delivery of our products within Central Mumbai and Central Banglore delivery free . All other locations we inform clients once order is confirmed for the charges applicable for shipping as per actuals

Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your purchased items within 7-10 working days for some products or 21 to 25 days for some other from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeline may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on any changes to the delivery timeline.

Delivery Charges:
We offer free delivery on all orders within Mumbai city limits and Bangalore central areas. For all other locations and pincode we will reconfirm the charges after/before order confirmation 

Delivery Process:
Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery date and time and also for reconfirming product details in the order. On the day of delivery, our team will deliver the purchased item(s) to the delivery address provided by you. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery and sign for the receipt of the products.

Delivery Conditions:
We strive to ensure that your products are delivered to you in the best possible condition. However, please inspect the product(s) upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any damages or defects. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
